Account Director - PR and Communications Agency

A reputable PR and Communications Agency seeks an Associate Account Director to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy on behalf of a newly acquired client for the foreseeable future. 
DNA Recruit is working alongside a PR and Communications Agency with a multi-disciplinary offering. They specialise in working in many different formats and services like global advertising, brand and corporate marketing, digital strategy, and delivery and much more. They were founded in 2016.

The important responsibilities of the candidate applying for the Associate Account Director role include:

• Execute marketing plans and launch creative campaigns for clients.
• Build and manage a team to implement marketing strategies.
• Engage with clients to understand opportunities and foster relationships.
• Develop and direct marketing strategies, conducting research and interviews.
• Create comprehensive communication plans and guide creative direction.
• Adapt and improve marketing plans for long-term success.
• Manage finances and ensure profitability.
• Contribute to personal and team development.
• Support hiring and enhance project/client management processes.
• Achieve growth in client revenue and maintain strong relationships.

Our client is seeking an Associate Account Director capable of developing and implementing a long-term marketing plan for a new client. The candidate should possess the skills to shape project delivery, assemble a team, and foster business growth over an extended period. Having already secured the strategy and won the pitch, we require an individual who can effectively execute the plan, build strong teams, and drive sustainable business expansion. Experience and skills required:

• Experience in marketing, advertising, or account management.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent client engagement and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in project management and coordinating teams.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Financial acumen and understanding of budgeting.
• Ability to build and manage teams effectively.
• Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously.
• Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends and industry practices.

 
Salary: up to £50k
