They develop global, European and UK campaigns and are one of the European lead agencies for recent promotional campaigns. They help their clients to engage with people through live brand experiences, by understanding behaviour, actively listening, and having meaningful conversations between people and brands.

The Account Director will support the Group Account Direct on the day to day running of the account with support from SAM, AM and AE. The Account Director's main focus will be managing, developing and nurturing multiple client relationships, and ensuring that all departments within the agency are delivering against the clients' needs, and maintaining the agency's growth.

You will be working with the primary client as their sole experiential and BTL agency who are a global FMCG business, with scope to work across a number of other FMCG and electrical clients. You will lead the day to day client relationship, have a great passion for great work, and be hungry to drive business growth. Other responsibilities will include:-

  • Leading by example and maintaining and building profitable client accounts and producing award winning work.
  • Lead and champion world class client service and best in class activation.

  • 6 years+ agency experience
  • Passion for experiential
  • Experience of creating, fostering and growing strong client relationships
  • A strong understanding of the experiential and shopper channels
  • Strong organisational skills, capable of working across multiple accounts and implementing projects to agreed deadlines
  • Good people person
  • Passionate interest in driving high quality creative output
  • Have experience of line management and leadership
  • Be comfortable working in a relatively fast paced environment
  • Strong financial management expertise
  • Strong relationship skills - good people person
  • Strong, autonomous self-starter that is strategically minded
  • Good people-management skills
  • Passionate interest in driving high quality creative output
  • Experience of working with planning department
  • Experience of working with established All-Agency groups
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • FMCG knowledge
