JOB DESCRIPTION

Account Director - Creative Experience Agency – London/Hybrid
DNA Recruit is excited to partner with a Creative Experience agency in their search for an exceptional Account Director to join their dynamic team.
In this role, you will lead a diverse portfolio of iconic brands, significantly contributing to the creation and execution of top-tier Shopper Marketing concepts.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead Shopper Marketing campaigns from brief to delivery.
  • Leads strategic planning and business development with clients.
  • Acts as primary contact for senior brand and marketing managers.
  • Builds and maintains strong, trust-based client relationships.
  • Ensures team adherence to agency standards.
  • Fosters positive stakeholder relationships.
  • Directs project delivery, adhering to briefs, timelines, and budgets.
  • Develops responses to briefs and provides strategic direction.
  • Oversees project scoping, status meetings, and progress updates.
  • Collaborates with partners to meet deadlines.
  • Financial management through campaign delivery.
  • Leads creative process from brief to final artwork.
  • Maintains business development plans and client profiles.
  • Leads pitch process and coordinates with departments.
  • Provides line management and regular one-on-one meetings.
  • Sets objectives and fosters team growth.
  • Provides constructive feedback and ensures team motivation.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience managing and creating Shopper Marketing campaigns at an Account Director level, within an agency.
  • The capability to lead creative processes, be a self-starter, and shape and grow a client portfolio.
  • A commitment to sustainability, making it a core consideration in every project at every level.
  • Clear, concise, and an active listener.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Demonstrates exceptional organisational skills and structured management.
  • Willing to work flexibly, including weekends and travel, to ensure exceptional service and project delivery.
London/Hybrid.
£65K + Benefits/Bonus
