Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for ecommerce and client relationships? Our client is seeking an Account Director to join their thriving team in London.
As the face of the agency, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of 5 ecommerce accounts, ensuring their growth, success, and overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of 5 ecommerce accounts, tailoring individual account plans to drive revenue growth, product/service diversity, and account retention.
• Identify and present compelling growth opportunities to clients, demonstrating your expertise and understanding of their unique needs.
• Cultivate and maintain strong, senior-level relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality work and strategic solutions that exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with various teams to understand revenue forecasts and align strategies to achieve optimal results for clients.
• Utilize your expertise to lead high-level strategy sessions for each client, leveraging your deep understanding of the business landscape.
• Handle invoicing and financial management of accounts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
• Maintain a focus on client happiness levels, proactively addressing any concerns and working to achieve the highest level of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales to audit and pitch new business opportunities.

Experience:

• Proven hands-on experience in planning and executing large-scale ecommerce performance marketing campaigns, with a monthly budget exceeding £50K.
• Strong leadership and management skills, showcasing excellent team and self-organisation capabilities.
• Adept at data analysis and trend evaluation, with the ability to communicate findings effectively to senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in managing and nurturing senior-level client relationships, adeptly overcoming challenges.
• Excellent presentation skills, both in crafting engaging narratives and delivering impactful presentations in person or via video calls.
