This agency are a highly personable, energetic and innovative brand experience agency. They connect consumers, customers and brands through the creation, implementation and management of engaging experiences for the likes of developing experiential toolkits (for example, a New Store Opening Toolkit) which can be adapted and localised by each market.
You will be part of the development process and deployment to stores in the UK and Europe. Then you will provide advice and council to each market during their development phase.
You will have strong client and agency partner relationships and enjoy close contact through calls and visits (likely to be one week of travel outside of the UK per month). You are a seasoned professional with broad-based skills who provides excellent strategic and tactical advice, analyses and solves problems, develops toolkits and programmes fit for purpose across Europe and oversees the development and delivery of a high-quality product by the Europe team.
You must develop staff and manage budgets, billing and other financial performance requirements. You act in accordance with company policies and procedures at all times and routinely invest in building agency morale and capabilities.
