DNA Recruit are working with a leading global events company who are looking for a Team PA to support the Executive Assistants within the team. This role would really suit someone with 2 years + Team Administration experience and a willingness to turn their hand to anything required of them.
As part of the role responsibilities, you will assist with diary management including scheduling and meeting preparation, arranging travel, accommodation and itineraries for regular business trips. Assisting with the coordination of internal company events but also researching venues for staff events both in the UK and abroad! Other duties include report, letter and presentation writing, invoicing and raising PO's, Taking minutes and processing cash and credit card expenses where applicable.
If you are Team Assistant/Team Administrator with the gravitas to effectively manage Senior Level Relationships with a meticulous attention to detail, this could be the perfect role for you! You will need a strong technical knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes and ideally experience of organising internal travel and Visa's. What we are really looking for is someone who is incredibly proactive, able to prioritise their workload effectively and is seeking a long and successful career as a PA/EA, so if this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.

Salary: £40000 - £60000 per annum
Salary: £45000.00 - £60000.00 per annum
Salary: £35000.00 - £40000.00 per annum + DOE
Salary: £25000.00 - £40000.00 per annum + DOE + benefits
Salary: £32000.00 - £40000.00 per annum + + excellent commission structure
