We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Sourcer to join our team. The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and engaging top talent for various roles within our organisation. The successful candidate will be an expert in sourcing techniques and strategies, have excellent communication skills, and possess a strong ability to build relationships with candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop sourcing strategies to identify top candidates for open positions.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, networking events, and other creative methods to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and interest in the position.
- Build relationships with candidates to gain a better understanding of their career goals and aspirations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Work closely with recruiters to schedule interviews and provide feedback on candidate fit.
- Assist with other recruiting-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Literate and articulate
- A self starter who is eager to succeed
- Experience using sourcing tools and techniques, including social media, job boards, and other creative methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in using Microsoft suite and preferably Bullhorn or another CRM
- Previous resourcer experience is by no means a deal breaker however, a bonus
Salary: £25k - £30k DOE +commission
