Talent Attraction Manager-Recruitment Marketing-Remote - FTC

Summary

DNA Recruit are working with a global leader in recruitment workforce solutions, with offices in 80 countries around the world and a client-base of thousands.

They're looking for an experienced Talent Attraction Manager / Senior Account Manager with excellent recruitment marketing and employer branding experience to join the team for an initial 6 month contract and hit the ground running!

As a Talent Attraction Manager, you'll be responsible for attracting the right candidates for large-scale campaigns on behalf of global brands.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Attraction, you'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop, plan and oversee client-led attraction campaigns.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create, plan and implement client-led attraction campaigns
  • Reduce cost of clients' attraction processes and increase fill quotas
  • Set client strategy and act as day-to-day attraction point of contact
  • Work with Planning and Delivery team to produce media plans and reporting
  • Partner with approved agencies to develop client employer brands
  • Work closely with the digital team to drive optimal ROI
  • Support Sales/Solutions team with bid responses and pitches
  • Drive the tracking and development of client-branded micro-sites
  • Create seasonal and theme based campaigns and assets
  • Conduct competitor analysis when appropriate
  • Manage substantial allocated budgets

Other skills required:

  • Recruitment marketing experience is essential - client-side, RPO or employer brand agency
  • Understanding of media landscape to ensure the right channels are used
  • Creative, strategic and commercially minded
  • Confident managing large budgets
  • Confident presenting to senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Insight-driven, comfortable interpreting data
  • Confident presenting to senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to form effective working relationships with people at all levels
  • Confident, resourceful, with a "can-do" attitude
  • Able to work in a fast-moving and changing environment
