DNA is working with a global leader in recruitment workforce solutions, with offices in 80 countries around the world and a client-base of thousands.
They are growing fast, and now looking for an experienced Talent Attraction Manager / Senior Account Manager with recruitment marketing and employer branding experience to join the team.
As Talent Attraction Manager, you'll be responsible for attracting the right candidates for large-scale campaigns on behalf of global brands. Reporting to the Head of Talent Attraction, you'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop, plan and oversee candidate attraction campaigns.
Is this you?
You'll have extensive recruitment marketing experience, ideally developed within an employer brand-focused agency or RPO environment, with strong stakeholder management experience dealing with substantial marketing budgets.
Other skills required:
Up to £50k pro rata + bonus + benefits

Salary: £60000.00 - £80000.00 per annum + DOE (strong OTE)
