Do you have extensive experience of leading and developing a portfolio of global clients focusing on employer brand building and talent engagement strategies? If so, I would love to hear from you..

DNA Recruit are exclusively representing an amazing global employer brand agency who are looking for a Director who will have full responsibility and accountability of personally leading a number of high profile accounts, with several accounts led in part, by other members of the team but with your oversight and guidance. With a focus on client growth and business development, you will also play a lead role in continuing to build and develop the reputation of the agency with the aim of increasing their market share.

Is it you?

Ideal candidates will have experience of managing and delivering large scale employer brand, employee engagement and attraction strategies with a strong ability to build trusted client partnerships at a senior level. With a proven ability to manage and lead a team, you will have an understanding of the global employer branding market particularly EVP development and employee engagement. We are looking for someone who is a passionate and energetic presenter and influencer with a strong commercial focus gained in a client focused environment.

Salary: £70,000 - £75,000
