DNA Recruit working with a fast-growing SaaS company who have built a Cloud based platform to provide solutions for businesses in the retail, travel, and financial services markets. They have an international team working remotely based in the UK and Europe.
We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to work closely with their engineering and automation teams to ensure they consistently deliver value and support their goals. As the Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for requirement gathering during client meetings, advise on the best course of action and share this feedback with the teams and follow up all the way to successful deliveries.
You will be the main contact source between the customer and automation teams and engage with the product and engineering teams to resolve technical issues and propose solutions based on customer needs. In addition, as a client team member you will identify opportunities to expands the remit with their customers by educating them on the products capabilities.
