Solution Manager - Remote - Saas

Summary

DNA are working with an interesting Automation company (Saas company). They provide solutions for businesses in the travel and financial services markets. For travel aggregators and metasearch they enable customers to directly buy tickets or book rooms on any airline, hotel or online travel agent. For price comparison websites, they provide the ability for their users to buy insurance, loan or utility products directly on-site or in-app. They recently opened up the Automation Cloud so developers can easily create their own APIs to automate anything.

They are looking to hire a Solutions Manager to be a client centric technical consultant for their customers. The Solutions Manager, although technical in nature, will sit inside the Customer Success organisation and come to understand how to lead their customers towards the best possible integration and usage of their technology. The Solution Manager will be experienced in API integrations and able to discuss and understand customer requirements based on their success criteria and existing applications. Taking a consultative approach, the Solutions Manager will be able to communicate with technical as well as commercial leaders at the customer's organisation

Skills and requirements

Integration Management

  • Guide and work with new customers through their integration process
  • Work with the VP of Customer Success and Automation team to speed up customers' go to market timelines
  • Attend weekly calls with customers from kick-off to go-live and through scaling up the solution
  • Assess, advise and guide them through their integration options, best practices, documentation and QA
  • Work closely with our Automation Team and Automations Manager to ensure all inputs and outputs are compatible with the customers' integration.
  • Understand customer requirements and present creative solutions to achieve them.
  • Be responsive on Slack and email to customers' questions

Sales and discovery

  • Attend calls with our sales team to explain the integration process
  • Evaluate sales prospects' use-cases to identify any blockers or challenges and present solutions.
  • Demo our platform and answer technical questions from potential customers

Integration reviews and improvements

  • Identify ways to improve customers' performance through integration changes and updates.
  • Present these solutions to customers and support them through implementation.
  • Improve and update our documentation
  • Write integration guides
