Snr Account Manager - Customer Experience - Dusseldorf/Bristol

DNA are working on a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Senior Account Manager with the opportunity to relocate to Germany or work with the team in Bristol, for a truly diverse agency.

Whatever the complexities and challenges at hand for clients, their commitment is to deliver the most effective work through creativity, data and technology. Core areas of work currently sit across activating brands on both a global and local level across all consumer moments and channels.

The agency is home to 165 people, from over 35 countries, working on Global brands out of the Düsseldorf and London offices for clients across retail, FMCG and Automotive to name a few.

THE ROLE

This Senior Account Manager will be a champion for seamless project delivery:

• Oversee day-to-day project management of all projects allocated to you on one or more accounts, from big idea approval until final delivery.
• Have a deep understanding of the strategic direction from creative development to full production, and actively driving this across disciplines.
• Be accountable for budget, timeline and resource management on all allocated projects.
• Compile reports as necessary regarding all activity on allocated projects back to the relevant SPOCs.
• Lead a team of juniors, coaching them to develop the skills and competencies required in the Initiative Management role. Set objectives, provide feedback and manage reviews.

IS THIS YOU?

• 4 year's minimum experience working across all touch points in the consumer journey, ideally in the retail sector. Experience working with restricted markets is a bonus but not essential.

• German speaking is a bonus (not essential).

• You are an innate collaborator, relationship builder and team leader. Both loved and respected by both your clients and your peers alike you find a way to bring out the best in everyone you work with.
  
  
• Exemplary communication skills problem-solving capacity and capability to set clear objectives, delegate and coach.
  
  
• Ensure delivery of exceptional, on-strategy creative solutions on all projects, on time and within budget.
  
  
• Highly organised, with great attention to detail, with a proactive approach to making the work better.

Relocation package available with support in VISA application to work from the Dusseldorf offices. Alternatively, this role can be based in Bristol, UK.

Salary £40,000 - £42,000 depending on experience.
