Service Designer (Senior - Lead)- Customer Experience Design Consultancy - UK and Europe (Amsterdam)

Are you a Service Designer looking to help shape the design of services across all channels for some of the world's leading brands. Then read on for more information:-

DNA Recruit are excited to be working with this Customer Experience Design consultancy on a journey of rapid expansion - As a Service Designer you will champion data-driven design, so they are looking for people who have both an interest in quantitative data and qualitative research. They are looking for curious individuals who are prepared to probe the obvious and look at new ways of problem-solving if conventional approaches fail to surface a resolution. What does service design mean to you beyond the quintessential artefacts of service blueprints, customer journeys and dot-voting?

Is this you?

As a Service Designer you will need to demonstrate 5 years' experience as follows:

  • Experience in Service Design, customer-centric and business-focused multidisciplinary design or continuous improvement roles.
  • An understanding of customer experience disciplines.
  • Creativity, problem-solving and an innovative approach to ecommerce.
  • You will have examples of your work and thought process, this may be in the form of a PDF or website portfolio - this really is a must.
  • Extra points if you have also have your own blog (photography, writing, sketching…).
  • Basic visual design skills (e.g. Miro, Keynote etc).
  • Strong stakeholder management and team-working.
  • A commitment to data driven decision-making.

  • Experience and comfort in a fast-paced start-up environment;
  • A self-motivated positive and achiever attitude;
  • Passion for tackling complex problems; and
  • Curiosity to keep learning new tools and keep up with new trends. They're building a diverse team and encourage applicants from all walks of life.

Salary: circa 60k-90k + Bonus + Excellent Benefits package
