DNA Recruit are working with a customer experience consultancy who are on a journey of rapid expansion. They partner with the world's biggest consumer brands to help them become more successful in a rapidly changing market.

They are seeking a freelance Service Designer who can help shape the design of services across all channels for some of the world's leading brands.

Your tasks can vary and include workshop facilitation, preparation of documents and presentations, delivery of training and more.

You must have an understanding of how consumers interact with brands which is critical in helping those brands adapt to rapidly evolving retail markets.

Experience required:

  • At least +3 years' experience of service design.
  • An understanding of customer experience disciplines.
  • Creativity, problem solving ability and an innovative approach to e-commerce.
  • Stakeholder management and team working.
  • Data driven decision-making.
