Our client is seeking a highly motivated Global eCommerce Service Design Manager to join their dynamic team. As a leader of the eCommerce Service Design Team, you will design eCommerce services within the wider Business Service Design team, responsible for enhancing services across eCommerce, Marketing, CRM, and Customer Loyalty.

As the ideal candidate, you should have a comprehensive understanding of eCommerce and experience in developing eCommerce propositions and services, preferably in a large organization. You must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to confidently engage with stakeholders and senior business leaders, and experience in service design, business change, customer-centric transformation, eCommerce, or digital transformation.

Role Requirements:

  • Comprehensive understanding of eCommerce.
  • Experience in developing eCommerce propositions and services, preferably in a large organization.
