DNA Recruit are working with an Ad-tech data solutions business within a group who focus on bringing cutting edge data and ad tech solutions to life, using buyer intent data coupled with the business's first party data across many industries. By combining their data science with their team's industry knowledge expertise, they are able to partner with customers to deliver best-in-class audience access performance for their customers, worldwide. Whilst in a growth period they are eager to hire like minded discoverers to join their team.

Is this you?

You must be an experienced Sales Manager who has great energy to drive performance and sales, and a solid understanding of the digital and advertising landscape, as well as expertise in consultative selling for ad-tech and data-led advertising innovations. The role of Sales Manager is to formulate and execute short and medium term strategies to maximise business growth in conjunction with the VP of sales, audience and data solutions. The role offers the successful candidate the unique opportunity to have a dramatic impact on the success of the brand and will be a driving force in their global expansion, but also for developing and managing the team to generate revenue and achieve individual team and organisational quotas.

Salary: £72K - £82K + Commission and excellent benefits package as long as your arm!
