Founded in 2008 DNA is a boutique recruitment company focusing on the marketing, digital and tech sectors. We have coverage across the whole of the UK with our key people based in London/South and Leeds.
We cover Client Services, Strategy & Planning, Marketing, Creative & Design, Business Development & Project Management. Within these divisions, we work on everything from Account Directors to Marketing Managers, from Creative Directors to Client Services Directors, from UX Designers to E-commerce Managers and everything in between. We provide clients with recruitment solutions spanning Permanent, Fixed Term Contracts, Freelance, Retained Executive Search and various Business Consulting services.
We regard ourselves as a modern thinking company with a grown-up attitude to staff. We have offices in London and Leeds but our consultants tend to work from home the vast majority of the time and that will still be the case when the current restrictions are lifted. It is completely up to you to decide when you come into the office and when you work from home and how you grow your client portfolio. We provide you with all the kit you need to work remotely; laptop, mobile phone, access to company database and as much support as you need.

Client Services Desk.
We're looking for a Client Services focused recruiter to join DNA and head up the division. The title and basic salary are dependent on experience but will be competitive.
DNA has a strong profile in Client Services (our Founder Ali Wallace has operated successfully in this market since 2008) and so the heritage and track record is in place for a Client Services recruiter to come in and really hit the ground running.
DNA has long standing relationships with many of the world's leading agencies (a healthy mix of networks and independents) so the Client Services desk is always very warm.
Client Services is a core area of the DNA business. We work across the integrated spectrum from leading Advertising agencies through to Digital, Direct, Retail and Activation and Design and Branding clients.
We are looking for recruiters with existing experience in Client Services to work on a defined portfolio of clients.
You will have a strong network of contacts (both clients and candidates) in Advertising, Integrated and Digital sectors.
You must be a 360 recruiter.
You will be working with colleagues with a range of experience to share knowledge and collaborate with.

What We Need From You.
This will be a fast-paced and challenging role, so we are looking for someone who can really hit the ground running.
Ambitious, commercially astute and entrepreneurial by nature.
Marketing/digital recruitment experience; 360 recruitment or targeted headhunting background.
A track record in building and managing client relationships, whether from scratch or existing relationships.
Strong organisational skills; database management (Bullhorn experience beneficial, but not crucial).
Experience in working with numerous candidates to build solid relationships and develop a network of talent.
Proven experience of growing a desk in terms of revenue and head count.
