Senior Production Manager - AV/Live Events - Hertfordshire/Hybrid
Salary: £60-65k

DNA Recruit is working with a highly creative and innovative experiential agency which brings the 'WOW' factor to every single project, event, campaign and activation! Specialising in Strategy and Creative, Sustainability, Content, Physical and Digital Experiences, it's an agency you'll absolutely want to be part of in the role of Senior Production Manager to lead on world class experiences. We're looking for a Production Manager with experience delivering large-scale, live events to lead projects, from pitch to delivery, overseeing all aspects of project management including communicating with the client, issuing technical drawings, creating action plans and timelines, regularly briefing the production team, managing health and safety etc.
Main Responsibilities:
In this role you will work in project teams across all project phases from pitch to delivery as the senior lead, attending and leading client briefing as well as project kick-off and regular production meetings.
Previous experience leading and managing a team on large scale, complex events will be mandatory in order to be successful in this role.
You will create and manage production budgets, oversee H&S compliance, manage supplier arrangements and manage all aspects of on-site production across build, live and de-rig.
On digital and hybrid projects you will be involved in assessing the scope of client briefs, working with the digital leads to identify appropriate platforms.

Commercially and technically savvy, with a self-starter, upbeat and enthusiastic personality will be excellent traits to have, along with the ability to lead a strong team offering a mentorship approach. Ideally, you will have worked on large-scale events, with budgets of at least £200k and a background in a similar event agency or theatre/tv productions. A solid understanding of both scenic and technical requirements of any project would be key.
