DNA Recruit are working with a leading global Digital Agency who create meaningful and memorable experiences for well know brands by understanding what people need and want in the digital space and in real life. By putting their customer at the centre of everything they do the agency help their clients by transforming how people interact with their brands, and thus growing their businesses.

The Senior Producer, reporting to the Executive Producer, will manage mid and large sized projects, working with partners and client to clarify their strategic requirements, and partner with their client service team to manage expectations. Other responsibilities include:

  • Define the approach and scope of projects
  • Manage interdisciplinary teams to evolve and execute conceptual work into clear sets of deliverables.
  • Liaise with assigned partners and manage third party vendors.
  • Keep projects on track through clear task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes which will ensure the delivery of all project deliverables are on time, on budget and of the highest quality.
  • Lead internal and external meetings, presentations and conference calls,
  • Train Producers and Associate Producers on methodology and PM skills.
  • Assist with developing new business opportunities.
  • Communicate project progress, issues and resolutions to the client and internal team.
  • Play a dual role of client advocate and internal team advocate.

Is this you?

The Senior Producer must have at least 6+ years experience as a systematic producer or similar role, a proven track record of managing £1m+ budgets and managing multiple projects and prioritise accordingly. You are not phased by the task of leading large projects and taking responsibility for your own success and can remain calm in a fast paced environment and your positive and collaborative problem solving attitude shines through in everything you do. Further experience and skills include:

  • experience in the clear and non-ambiguous documentation of requirements, deliverables, schedules and budgets for projects in Statements of Work
  • understand how to determine the optimal approach for systematic engagements and develop clear project plans.
  • excellent negotiations skills and delivering against support and maintenance agreements.
  • clear verbal and written communicating skills at all levels.
  • flexible, pragmatic, detail oriented.
