Senior HR Manager - Global Digital Marketing agency - London

Are you a Senior HR Manager ready for your next opportunity in the agency world?

DNA Recruit is working with a leading, global digital marketing agency who is looking for a brilliant HR generalist to work with the management to maintain an HR operation in the company and take day to day responsibility for its delivery across the usual HR disciplines.

Some of the responsibilities in this role:

• Responsible for the service delivery and operational excellence of HR, Recruitment and Office management
• Implement and update HR policies/guidelines into the company
• Implement HQ/RHQ guidelines, inclusive of performance management and salary benchmarking
• Assign MBO and Manage Performance evaluation process
• Utilize/Maintain HR Administration and Global HR system to its full capacity
• Act as a strategic HR business partner to the business units and ensure HR strategy is communicated to key stakeholders
• Manage team to actively plan and prioritize work assignments, ranking them in order of importance, complexity and time requirement
• Review the progress, provide current and complete feedback on both strengths and corrective issues and take appropriate action to change performance for the better

Is it you?

• Around 10 years of relevant experience in similar capacity and comparable role with leadership experience
• Understanding global matrix governance/reporting structure
• Educated to BA level
• Expertise in HR practices and procedures, including labour law knowledge
• Commercially aware and able to give sound HR advice in light of business pressures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, used to ensure that HR best practice is adhered to
• People-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
• Flexible and adaptable
• Able to flourish in a fast paced, demanding environment.

Salary: £50k - £60k + benefits
