Senior Events Coordinator - B2B Media Company - London/Hybrid

DNA Recruit is working with an International Media and Events business, our client is looking for an experienced, highly organized Senior Event Coordinator to join their London team. This is a permanent position offering a hybrid working model of 2 days per week in office and 3 days at home.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and manage detailed plans, timelines, and budgets for all events. Manage all aspects of event logistics, including logistics, audio/visual support, catering, travel, and accommodations. Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure all event requirements are met. Research and source venues, vendors, and other event-related services. Develop and implement processes to ensure events are successful.
The Person:
The Senior Event Coordinator will need to have a minimum of 3 years' experience working within a B2B Conference, Events and Exhibitions industry.
