About the role
As Senior Campaign Manager you’ll be responsible for end-to-end client and campaign management. It’s up to you to maintain and grow the existing client base, as well as winning Dig-In new clients from your own outbound sales work.
You’ll get to work on awesome brand accounts like Domino’s, Unilever, Jägermeister, Kopparberg, giffgaff, Lynx & more! You’ll also be given your own marketing budget to generate new sales leads.
This is a very wide-ranging and rewarding role – you’re given lots of responsibility from the off with the support of the team to get you going.

Comfortable working independently on projects, as well as collaborating with the team
Willingness to get involved in all areas of the business.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing clients and campaigns
- Be the main day-to-day point of contact for 20+ client accounts
- Lead and manage client campaigns keeping them update throughout on progress
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts, up-selling our digital and social packages and securing regular business throughout the year
- Make recommendations to clients demonstrating an understanding of their brand and objectives
- Ability to influence and negotiate with others
- Collaborate with internal team to oversee the planning and execution of campaigns
- Identify and analyse key campaign insights and present back to clients
- Financial management: raising invoices, costing up campaigns, margin-analysis.
New business
- Respond quickly to inbound leads
- Pro-actively identify and seek out new prospects
- Regular outbound sales outreach to potential new clients via email and LinkedIn
- Pitching Dig-In and our services to new clients
- Staying on top of sales pipeline, chasing prospects and closing deals
- Manage own budget for Dig-In marketing to generate new leads and grow awareness of Dig-In within the marketing industry
- Keep up-to-date with latest industry trends and product launches
- Regularly updating sales pipeline and forecasting future revenue.
