Senior Business Development Executive - Events - Bristol
Salary: £35-50k Base plus Commission (Y1 £70,000, Y2 £90,000, Y3 £110,000)

DNA Recruit is working with a multi award winning Events Agency who is looking to hire experienced Consultative Senior Business Development Executives with a passion for new business development to generate and convert leads with C-suite level people within large global organisations. Main Responsibilities:
Research, generate and contact leads in order to pitch and win new business, providing world class customer service in order to build and maintain key relationships with the most senior executives within large International organisations. Offer a Consultative sales approach, diving deep into how you can collaborate with each client in order to find solutions to their business pain points and cross-sell products.

The team is looking for experienced solution sales professionals, rather than transactional/product sales people, who are driven new business hunters looking to make their mark within the sales team. A minimum of 2-5 years B2B solutions sales experience working with senior stakeholders and C-suites is essential in order to be successful in this role, working with prospecting clients in the UK as well as Internationally.
