Were hiring a Senior Account Manager for an insight consultancy on a mission to transform how retail brands and banks drive customer experience and relationships.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will pay a crucial role in taking the big idea to major client accounts, working alongside a senior team to develop strategic direction for major clients and deliver clients commercial objectives. Working with clients at C-Level you will use data, insight and brand to demonstrate the positive commercial impact on their organisation.
Reporting into a head of client services, you will be managing a portfolio of clients across retail and banking using data to tell a story, demonstrating the value of a unique reward model, combining loyalty-tech and purchase insights to deliver profitable incremental sales.
Is this you?
You will currently be working in a data driven agency or potentially client side
CRM loyalty experience is a must, ideally you will have retail or banking sector experience
You will be a commercially focused client services professional with the confidence to manage senior client relationships, deliver strategic campaigns and drive profitable incremental sales to your clients
Excellent Package on offer
£45-55k + 20% bonus
