Senior Account Manager - Customer Engagement Agency - London


We're hiring an ambitious Senior Account Manager passionate about data, insight and innovation, who are looking to make their mark in one of the UK's leading customer engagement marketing agencies.

What will you be doing?

This position is within a dedicated Project Team for the agencies largest retained account, you will support the strategy development, and manage the delivery of all collateral and customer communications associated

This is a unique project, the role is a hybrid between Client Service, and Project management

Client deliverables will be primarily printed communications (direct mail, leaflets), as well as web copy updates and technical elements such as transactional forms - and will range in nature from wholesale change to a mass volume of existing collateral, to delivering the comms within a brand-new customer engagement strategy.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will manage a small team of Account Managers / Account Executives and report into a Group Account Director who will continue your career development

Is it You?

You will come with great commercial acumen that you're keen to build on.

Experience delivering campaigns with complex data systems - comfortable producing and using data matrix's, data briefs and annotations and be proficient in the use of excel, with strong numeracy skills

Data is key to everything, you will need a keen interest in data-driven campaigns, with the ability to ensure any collateral produced accurately reflects the data systems and processes that drive it.

Experience managing effective large-scale projects end to end, you will have a sound understanding of the latest marketing trends, challenges and opportunities

You will be driven by progression / learning and take great pride in managing and developing your own team.
