Senior Account Manager - Consumer PR Agency - Hybrid/London

The Role
We are seeking an ambitious Senior Account Manager with a background in creating innovative creative campaigns to oversee a team and progress client activity across multiple accounts. You will provide effective client counsel and troubleshooting abilities to ensure the success of campaigns.

Responsibilities
Clients:
- Lead on exciting new client wins and oversee daily client activity and campaign delivery
- Ensure the team monitors the client's industry and report significant news
- Counsel the client as to the impact of wider news agenda on planned campaign timings
- Resolve logistical troubleshooting independently, where possible
- Manage campaign logistics, troubleshoot independently, and organise client events
- Contribute to quarterly planning for your clients with close support from your Account Director
- Grow client relationships, lead meetings, and flag any issues to account leads
- Oversee team in delivering client reporting on time and update clients on activity
- Manage budget trackers and invoice processing, contract suppliers and talent, and provide solutions for over or under-spend.
Campaigns:
- Create smart, thorough, well-considered media strategies
- Manage client and talent interview briefings, secure key client interviews, and create media strategies
- Oversee key client sell-ins and approach and develop relationships with relevant influencers and agencies
- Ensure all client materials are created by your team to the highest possible standard - error free and delivered
pre-deadline - Attendance at pitch meetings, confidently presenting your section
- Ensure team members have clear responsibilities and are motivated and happy
- Work closely with the team above you - ensuring timely review of necessary documents; keeping them updated on team progress via status updates
- Organise internal brainstorms for your clients; draft internal creative briefs and brief the creative team with close support from your Account Director
- Pitch innovative, reactive, client-relevant ideas to the client for consideration
- Forward plan with the news agenda to suggest relevant media opportunities for clients
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
