Senior Account Executive – PR & Communications agency - London Are you a Senior Account Executive looking for your next exciting opportunity in the world of PR, Digital & Communications? If so, you might be the candidate who we’re looking for. DNA Recruit is working with a vibrant agency specialising in brand development, activation, PR, digital communications and design. Their clients range from some of the UK’s most loved and respected household FMCG names to sport and lifestyle brands – they thrive on making a valuable contribution to their clients and always remain solution-focused. The Senior Account Executive within the client services team will act as key support to the Account Managers and Account Directors across three client portfolios focusing on the following communications channels: Digital, Social (organic & paid), Shopper toolkits (online and instore), partnership sponsorship assets, Experiential and Creative. Some key responsibilities: Liaising daily with clients and third-party suppliers for production and photoshoot planning Preparing documents including WIPS, critical timing plans, meeting notes and contact reports Weekly monitoring of competitor activity and sharing relevant news with internal team and clients Delivering accurate and regular client reports including campaign wrap-ups/analysis and assisting with brief response proposals Confidently presenting and giving consultancy in client meetings Ensuring attention to detail at all times Production support – writing briefs for producers, location and model scouting and shoot contact sheets Write creative briefs and clear studio requisitions Take responsibility for jobs and ensure appropriate time is booked in studio traffic and briefs delivered on time Is it you? This role requires someone with a real passion for sports, as well experience and knowledge of working across multiple channels and communication disciplines. You must also willing to be accountable for the day-to-day delivery of work on your accounts and for championing best in class ways of working, great relationships (clients, media & suppliers) and a can-do attitude across all client services tasks.
