DNA Recruit are working with an integrated communications agency and part of a partnership network, working with some of the most iconic brands in the UK and the world and who grew out of the original agency. Their moto is to work nimbly, with the client's best interest in mind and with a smile.

The Senior Account Director will be expected to be able to take a client brief of any size or scale, and work swiftly with the team around them and to deliver fully integrated solutions, often scaling into multi millions of pounds. The Senior Account Director must have strong integrated experience, everything from big budget brand led TV campaigns, to digital and content, retail and tactical led work, and therefore you relish integration. Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Working collaboratively with a creative department, keeping the CD abreast of account activity, and be able to ensure that work is legally sound
  • Delivering competitive reviews and analysis, keeping up to date with current business news, issues and societal insights, and have a good understanding of client business and of the end customer.
  • Running accounts smoothly, effectively and efficiently, by always maintaining good relationships with clients and always forward planning and making sure everything is on the front foot at all times with the clients.
  • Presenting to clients with clear and concise communication methods, capturing all client feedback and sharing with the team relevant information so that a clear understand of who to involve on projects and when to involve them.
  • Working with creative producers to ensure the smooth running of the account, and working closely with TV producers, print managers and suppliers so that effective delivery of agency output is achieved.
  • Keeping track of finances in relation to client budgets, by working with creative producers, and to understand the client's financial situation and their business model, as well as managing business development, by ensuring a clear understanding of how the agency makes money.

Salary: £55K to £65K
