An exciting opportunity awaits a highly motivated Sales Leader! A leading provider in the UK, our client is seeking a skilled professional to support their business development activities, catering to esteemed Financial Services organisations.

Our client is a prominent company specialising in a digital asset management and work flow solutions for Financial Services companies. With a strong client base comprising leading banks, challenger banks, Fin-Tech companies, insurance providers, and health-care organisations, they have established themselves as a trusted partner in the industry.

As the Sales Leader , you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales efforts and expanding their customer base. Your expertise in lead generation, relationship building, pipeline management, and successful deal closures will be instrumental in achieving business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of how automation addresses marketing and compliance challenges within the Financial Services sector.

Role Requirements

  • In-depth understanding of the complete sales process, demonstrating proficiency in lead generation, relationship building, and successful deal closures.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a proven track record of generating high-quality leads and closing sales.
  • Ability to quickly grasp the impact of automation in addressing marketing and compliance challenges within the Financial Services sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities to effectively convey ideas and engage potential clients.
  • Experience in managing and catalysing the sales pipeline process, ensuring timely conversion of opportunities.
  • Outstanding organisational skills, including effective time and workload management.

Is It You?

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:

  • A minimum of four years of experience in building and maintaining client relationships, along with a proven track record in lead generation and successful deal closures.
  • Confidence in sales abilities and extensive knowledge of best practices in lead generation and pipeline closure.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
  • A strong understanding of the requirements of marketing and compliance teams and associated software solutions.
  • Proven success in managing the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
  • A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, economics, or a related field would be advantageous.
  • Experience in lead generation applications/software would be preferred.
