Our business is growing and we are currently on the lookout for two driven consultants to join our booming Events and Experiential division, headed up by Gemma Knight.

Your new role

Are you an ambitious, experienced and money-motivated Recruitment Consultant who wants to develop a long-term, flexible career in the thriving Events and Experiential industry? You will work on a fully-remote basis within an international team of 4 to grow both your chosen sector and the division as a whole. Our business is built around trust, so this role will be fully autonomous with plenty of support available, as and when you need it. This division is booming and in turn, you will have jobs to work on from your very first day in the role, whilst you develop your own connections.

What you'll need to succeed

If you are driven, self-motivated and energetic, this will be an excellent opportunity for you to own and develop your market and career with our company. You will be a successful 360 Recruitment Consultant who has a proven track record of building relationships and new business in the Events and Experiential sector. We will also consider someone who has come from a media or creative recruitment background but knows of the events sector and wants to learn the market. To be considered for this role, you will need a minimum of 18 months experience within agency recruitment and to have a proactive, fun and positive approach to your work.
