They produce and deliver a diverse range of sets and props for events, product launches, exhibitions, sampling campaigns and experiential marketing projects. Designing and building for brands with innovation, craftsmanship and theatrical flair they are a small family business that enjoy working at the forefront of the experiential marketing and agency industry. The Role
The Production Manager will be responsible for:
- managing production of projects
- programming works into the workshop, paint room and all production areas of the Company
- maintaining a high level of attention to detail, quality control, cost effective, best practice & ecological approach at all times
- safeguard and enhancing the company reputation by compliance with the company's Health & Safety policies & implementation
- being an effective, positive part of the engine of the company
- being an ambassador for the company and its reputation, including striving to encourage new business with clients
- programming flow of work into production and workshop
- ensuring deadlines are met, facilitating additions and changes with a flexible and positive attitude
- liaising with Production, Company, Sales and Finance teams to work efficiently, productively and problem solve throughout
- working effectively with Company Directors, Production, Technical & Workshop managers to ensure efficient Company operations
- Quality Control - signing off quality of production before wrapping and dispatch of items.
Is this You?
- Experience of working on projects ranging from product launches, festivals, large scale props for events, exhibition and sampling stands
- Experience of planning and scheduling
- Good computer skills around MS office
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Experienced in the planning and executing of projects based around strict budgets and deadlines
- Ability to deliver reports on scheduling and costs
- Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programme
- Ideally come from a proven theatrical or exhibition background at and have experience in production management of a broad range of sets, props and modular units, from conception through to execution.
- Working with an adaptable, flexible, accommodating attitude is a must and understanding the ever changing demands of high end brands is essential
- Proven commitment and focus on production quality and creativity
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to deliver reports on scheduling and costs
- Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programme
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, positive and a team player
