Are you a Production Manager with a strong experiential/events background, looking for a new challenge? If so, this could be the role for you!
DNA Recruit are working with a leading global experiential agency who are currently looking for a Production & Operations Manager to join their team. This agency have built an incredible working culture that is built of fairness, openness, flexibility and ambition. This Production Manager will act as the go-to point of contact for all operational element to delivering experiential projects. Understanding the client brief and vision and being able to develop a practical and efficient plan to bring these to life in a live or digital environment. You should be able to utilise the relevant briefing, timing plans and project status documents to collate and coordinate all relevant information required to deliver the live experience in line with the client expectations, working in a spirit of accountability ensuring timings, specification and costings are always 100% clear and understood by all team members. Our client has offices around the global and offer international travel, as part of their company incentives.
The ideal candidate will have come from a background of production within an experiential agency, ideally with a well trusted supplier network and solid understanding of base costs and logistical opportunities/challenges within various activation spaces and environments.
Experience in managing multiple projects of £250k+ simultaneously will be essential along with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy whilst working under pressure. They are looking to work with colleagues who are prepared to go the extra mile to deliver the best possible work and should be proactive and able to advance projects quickly and efficiently. You will naturally have an excellent attention to detail and any experience in Sustainable Builds or projects where Sustainability was a key factor would definitely be advantageous.
A strong understanding of Brand Activation and its integration across channels, how it works within the marketing mix, able to present and discuss the merits of experiential marketing in line with client's brand objectives
