DNA is working with a global rewards agency, renowned for influencing consumer behaviour and creating brand advocates, via their innovative promotions that span leisure, entertainment and travel.
They are now looking for a Partnerships Director who will lead the development and success of the rewards partner network, ensuring that the offering is innovative and creative enough to inspire clients, partners and internal teams.
This is a multi-faceted role, covering strategy, team performance, quality of partners and offers, activations plans, partnership recruitment as well as the commercial success of partnerships and promotions.
Is this you?
You'll have strong experience managing sale-driven teams, and ideally have a background in and strong understanding of consumer-focused promotions and rewards, as well as be an expert at developing mutually beneficial commercial partnerships.
