The Operational Account Lead will be Reporting to the Global Head of Brand, the Operational Account Lead will be part of a team responsible for shaping a new global strategy, new brand and creative campaign, with the ambition to achieve global leadership and become one of the fastest-growing brand by 2023.
The Operational Account Lead acts as a positive, proactive problem-solver on the business, supporting the Head of Brand, managing all operational and administrative aspects in the coordination of output of creative agencies within the agency's network for the world's largest Modern Oral brand.

The role is both client-facing and operational, responsible for the delivery of outstanding service and output, on time and on budget, for the global client team. Working across a wide spectrum of tasks with a goal-oriented energy enthusiasm to get things done at speed - from influencing and navigating C-Suite clients and ECDs, to booking the meeting rooms - this is a role for a multi-tasker who's comfortable in flat hierarchies and happy to roll up their sleeves as well as own a senior room.

At the heart of this role lies 4 key responsibilities:

  3. getting things done on budget (rigorous and effective financial management)

Is it you?

  • 8-10 years' experience in senior Account Handling/Project Director/Ops roles within agencies (this is a hybrid project /account role) - a proven ability to navigate and positively influence agency and client organisations is essential
  • Experience in smaller agency and agency teams desirable - the ability to thrive on working independently and autonomously without layers of team support is a must
  • Super-organised and able to jump calmly from project-to-project manging competing and sometimes conflicting priorities - sometimes doing two things at the same time!
  • Impeccable attention to detail - especially when communicating with clients and agencies alike
  • Excellent project management and delivery skills
  • Experienced in managing commercials and detailed scopes
  • Experienced in coping with/managing IT platforms cross agencies

Salary: £65-80 k plus bonus and benefits
