New Business Manager - Independent Digital Agency

DNA are working with an independent digital agency who co-create a brighter future through disruptive digital transformation and a combination of Service Design, UX and Tech.

DNA Recruit are on the hunt for a proven Business Development Manager to help our client build their network and deliver digital success. With the talent, access, and content to develop compelling propositions and proposals to many kinds of clients. The New Business Manager will lead on playing a pivotal role in formulating our new business strategy.

You will be responsible for:

• Creating and implementing growth strategies.
• Develop strategic relationships with potential clients.
• Qualify incoming leads and own the process.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver tenders, RFP/RFI proposals from public, private and the government sector.
• Lead, plan and organise new business and relationship meetings.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to lead pitch presentations and deliver captivating pitches.
• Ensure the CRM is always up to date.
• Attend networking events to identify new prospects.

Are you:

• A team player.
• Have 3 years' experience in Business Development within a Digital Agency.
• Proven track record of reaching sales targets.
• Self-motivated for success and personal growth.
• Great interpersonal skills and a good communicator
• Good negotiation skills
• Able to create innovative presentations.

Salary: £50K - £60K
