DNA are working with a Sports Marketing Agency who co-create a brighter future through disruptive partnerships in sports, entertainment and major events for their clients by establishing their purpose and marketing effectively with their team of consultants, producers, inventors and creative ninjas. Our client believes that working in purpose led partnerships is the answer for accelerating growth at a lower cost.

DNA Recruit are on the hunt for a proven new business leader to help our client build their network and deliver early-stage pipeline. With the talent, access, and content to develop compelling propositions and proposals to many kinds of clients they now need to start more conversations with new prospects to open doors, a catalyst, for execution and delivery of a new client acquisition plan rather than development of new business / strategy or organic growth program. Key responsibilities include:

  • Finalise 'new client' acquisition strategy
  • Network development
  • Lead generation and conversion from early pipeline to 'engaged pipeline'.
  • Validation of leads
  • Manage new business communication to conclusion
  • Development of presentations and documents for prospects
  • Oversee agency content program
  • Accurate pipeline reporting

Is it you?

Reporting to the CEO, the New Business Director must first and foremost love what they do in tandem with what the agency is doing and have a proven track record of delivering new business or sales results in one or more of marketing/ partnerships/ sponsorships/ sports sectors. They must understand the new marketing services / partnerships industry post pandemic and what it will take to be successful and be capable of delivering leads and meetings independently.

  • Prospect meetings secured
  • Pipeline Value
  • Revenue won
  • Status of network
  • Pipeline velocity and % movement win/loss at each stage.
  • Prospect engagement / satisfaction

Salary: £60K - £80K DOE (strong OTE)
