DNA Recruit are delighted to be partnering an audio creative agency, who provide world class award winning audio services for their clients to create digital audio advertising in-house based in the London and the USA. With a long list of global clients in media, TV, retail, to name but a few. They help brands build their audio identity and create distinctive sound and connection work which help their clients to attract and reach their audiences world wide. A hunter by instinct, the role of New Business Director is creating opportunities, and to lead and build their own high performance sales team from the ground up with an opportunity also for international growth. The New Business Director is the driving force of new business within the agency, and their role is to work closely with the marketing team to source the right contacts, targets and effective messages and align with each others activities. The New Business Director is responsible for developing effective working relationships within the business to ensure clear and consistent communication, as well as the face/representative at industry events. They are responsible for identifying, evaluating and managing all aspects of the sales process from prospects through to closing the sale.

Is this you?

The New Business Director brings their experience of working in a similar role, winning new business and growing company revenues, and is able to work from home or the office depending on the needs of the role. You have extensive B2B sales experience, selling up to C-Suite level and a demonstrable track record in new business development, building and executing successful business growth plans using a mix of cold and warm leads. A creative environment is where you are most comfortable and you are passionate and motivated and a team player who is a fixer and a people pleaser.

Salary: up to £80K (OTE £140K DOE) plus bonus and benefits
