This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and highly credible brand/business consultant who enjoys dealing with the C-suite helping them turn their strategic vision into reality through the power of storytelling, with their main clients from the financial sector, airline and multinational oil and gas companies. As Managing Director, you will have a great deal of autonomy to shape the growth of the consultancy alongside the CEO, who you will be reporting to, as well as a strong alliance with the New Business director and the group's leadership team, and a key member of the group leadership team.
We are looking for a known person in the industry, someone that has already established themselves in terms of success and growth in big agencies and/or key independents. You have the passion and desire to work in an independent agency (that has established a distinctive and compelling offer, an enviable client list and successful new business machine) and ability to get your hands dirty as they build the agency to achieve its potential, and leading business development and growth with initial focus on their biggest clients.
The Managing Director must have a proven track record of establishing trusted client relationships at board level and the ability to build a business, and preferably someone who has already ticked that box, or with the ambition and passion to do so.
This opportunity provides a strong platform for a talented, experienced and ambitious individual to have the autonomy to grow existing client relationships and drive growth of new business through the conversion of opportunities. You are driven, passionate and entrepreneurial and a self starter, as well as decisive and approachable and all combined with a sense of humour. You are an established speaker at events, conferences and a well connected networker.
Salary: up to £130K with annual incentive bonus of up to 25% and share options after a period of time.
