HR Analyst - B2B Events - London/Hybrid
Salary: up to £65k Plus 15% Bonus

DNA Recruit is working with a Global Event Organizer which seeks to employ an experienced HR Analyst to extract and analyse data which can be used to produce high quality people metrics and dashboards, to highlight trends and insights regarding talent management across the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
Create and deliver monthly and quarterly reports via a custom people management reporting dashboard, to provide data, insights and analysis for management reporting.
Constantly ensure HR data compliance, regular maintenance of HR reporting systems, as well as developing and implementing rewards data models and forecasts.
Develop and maintain all necessary workflows within the HRIS, maintain company organisational charts and undertake regular market research on salaries, bonus models, etc.)
The Person…
The ideal person will need to be highly analytical with the ability to identify and interpret trends and issues, as well as having a good understanding of business performance metrics and their uses in an HR function.
Proven abilities to identify and implement improvements in systems and processes, using HRIS databases is essential in this role.
