DNA Recruit are working with a Customer Experience Consultancy who is on a mission to reinvent the consultancy model by helping their customers to become customer centric. The main difference between them and other consultancies is that they don't seek to create dependency, they want to empower their clients and move on to solve other problems.

Their strategy & operations design teams work with iconic brands to help them develop winning customer strategies and the operating models required to execute these strategies.

As a Head of Strategy & Operations Design, you will lead this capability and act as a custodian of their people, their brand partnerships, their IP, and their commercial success. This is a senior role. You will part of the leadership team, involved in decision making and leading a talented and passionate group of people, and collaborate with colleagues from across the group. In practical terms, here's the kind of thing you might get up to.

You will:

Own employee success, team planning and recruitment for your teams;

Curate and evolve their go-to-market propositions;

Understand and continue to develop their methods and intellectual property;

Lead by example in the development of thought-leadership;

Contribute excellence and leadership to the delivery of their work;

Be responsible for building and maintaining incredible relationships with the world's most iconic brands; and maintaining your own development.

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate most of the following:

At least 7 years' experience of customer strategy and operating model design in a leading consultancy, agency or brand;

At least 3 years' experience of leading multi-disciplinary teams;

A proven track record of relationship building and business development;

Creativity and an innovative approach to problem-solving;

A history of creating content and thought-leadership that is interesting and effective;

An understanding of the various customer experience disciplines;

Excellent stakeholder management and team-working; and

A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the right mix of confidence and humility to work respectfully with colleagues at all levels.

Our client is looking for a Head of Strategy & Operations Design based in London or Amsterdam.

Salary 80K-100K + bonus + excellent benefits
