Summary

Head of Production role at one of London's top independent digital shops. The independent agency has a heritage of working with high end fashion and luxury retail brands and have had an incredibly successful couple of years (50% revenue growth year on year) have won a number of awards and accolades along with a number of new business wins - which has ultimately led to the hire for the hire of this Head of Production. This is new hire for the agency and will sit on the leadership team - the successful candidate will be responsible for building a robust production that is effective against the whole service spectrum

It's a huge opportunity to lead the production operation for an agency that is challenging the status quo and aggressively growing

The Role

This hire will leading a team of 10 project managers, ensuring exceptional digital work is being produced on time and on budget across the agencies diverse portfolio of clients

Defining, improving and continually evolving the project management processes and the growth of the digital delivery team

Working closely with the head of Client Services (and other heads of department) supporting new business and account development plans

Creating robust project plans and budgets

Ensuring the agency is always at the forefront of digital technologies and industry trends

Is it you?

The successful candidate will have extensive and proven experience leading and managing large digital delivery teams

At least 8 years digital industry experience, preferably from an agency

Fluent in managing and delivering a wide array of digital projects from complex platform builds projects through to global digital content work

Strong experience both in innovation and digital transformation
