DNA Recruit are delighted to be partnering again with this total experience agency who have a long tradition of attracting, winning and retaining new national and international clients. Our client work with brands to consider the total experience - online, offline, and internal engagement and processes - and create products, services and comms which their audience love.

The Head of New Business and Marketing is the lifeblood of the agency's success, reporting into the CEO as well as working closely with them and Agency Exec, the Head of New Business will be coordinator and director of all production of pitch materials (presentations, proposals, responses etc) and leading all agency pitches, tenders and RFIs, managing all pre and post pitch activities, and developing, leading and managing the agency's new business and marketing strategy to win new clients and projects. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for managing third party PR and Marketing agency partners, leading the creation of maintenance of all agency marketing and business development assets including the agency's website, credential, case studies, social media content and more and management of the new business and marketing budgets.

Is it you?

The Head of New Business and Marketing must have extensive experience in a similar role within a UK digital agency, and a proven track record of leading a successful new business function in a digital agency and good understanding of technology, customer experience and digital creative and content services. Charisma and excellent client relationship building abilities are a must as well as boundless energy and enthusiasm for business development.

Salary: £120K plus bonus and excellent benefits
