DNA Recruit is working alongside a PR and Communications Agency with a multi-disciplinary offering. They specialise in working in many different formats and services like global advertising, brand and corporate marketing, digital strategy and delivery, and much more. They were founded in 2016.
As the Head of Influencer Marketing, you will have proven experience in leading the development and execution of influencer marketing campaigns within an agency.
Other day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Creating and executing successful influencer marketing strategies and campaigns for our clients
- Building relationships with influencers across different verticals and staying updated on the latest influencer marketing trends, tools, and technologies
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop compelling content that resonates with both influencers and target audiences.
- Negotiating contracts and partnerships with influencers, managing budgets, and ensuring a positive ROI
- Managing influencer relationships through ongoing communication and support to ensure campaign success.
- Analysing campaign performance and producing reports and insights to share with clients and internal teams.
- Staying up to date with industry regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance with relevant laws and ethical standards.
- Participating in new business pitches and providing strategic input to proposals and presentations.
Is it you?
In summary, to be eligible for the Influencer Marketing Manager role, you need:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3-5 years of influencer marketing experience, preferably in an agency
- Proven success executing influencer campaigns for diverse clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Data-driven mindset with analytical capabilities
- Knowledge of influencer marketing tools and industry regulations
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: UP to £40k + benefits and remote working
