DNA Recruit is growing and as a result we are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic leader to manage, develop and grow the DNA Embedded solution for our existing clients and build strong relationships to onboard new clients.

If you are looking for a big opportunity - then you've found it. The Head of Embedded will lead the offering across our established client base and ultimately build out the desk around them. As Head of Embedded you will be responsible for account management whilst overseeing a team of talent sourcing specialists.

You will be "hands on", working with the wider team to ensure all requirements and service levels are delivered seamlessly. We work collaboratively across desks and functions offering a supportive and motivating working environment. Yes we are a remote first business, but we see the well-being and success of the team as a top priority.

We invest heavily in our tech which includes top rated recruitment software and tools. You will have access to in-house marketing and back office support to meet the needs of you, the clients, and eventually your team.

Is this You?

This will be a busy and challenging role, and as Head of Embedded you are ready to hit the ground running, and ideally, you will bring with you:

  • At least 3-5 year's advertising and marketing recruitment experience; 360 recruitment or digital recruitment.
  • Experience delivering an embedded service to clients across the DNA specialist sectors.
  • A track record in building and managing client relationships whether from scratch or an existing relationship.
  • Experience managing remote onshore/offshore teams - experience of South Africa teams is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills: database management.
  • Experience working with numerous candidates to build solid relationships and develop a network of talent.
  • Ability to generate leads for other desks in DNA would be a plus.
  • Commercial and entrepreneurial by nature.

Salary: £40K - £50K plus Bonus (OTE £100K)

As mentioned above, the role is 100% remote, with tech set up at home, and an attractive commission scheme paying up to 40%, pension, membership to flexible working space in London, annual company away days and annual sales incentives. You will be required to attend a monthly team meeting held in the London office.
