Creative and Design is a core area of the DNA business, alongside Client Services and Planning & Strategy and we are looking to Hire a Head of Creative to lead this division. If you have existing experience in Creative or Design and wish to support a defined portfolio of clients in the creative agency space on a hot desk then please read on. You'll have the chance to work across a range of Creative agencies, from Advertising, Digital, Branding, Integrated and Activation and will be keen to work from home - Fully remote, with no caveats.
THE ROLE:
Ideally, you will have:
- At least 5+ years' experience in Creative
- Working with teams, designers, copywriters, art direction or motions graphics
- 360 recruitment or targeted headhunting background.
- A track record in building and managing client relationships whether from scratch or an existing relationship.
- Strong organisational skills: database management
- Experience in working with numerous candidates to build solid relationships and develop a network of talent.
- Ability to generate leads for other desks in DNA would be a plus.
- Commercial and entrepreneurial by nature
- Ambition - you will want to grow your desk and in time build a team around you.

- Salary to £40K (£100K OTE)
- Market leading commission scheme which pays up to 45%

Salary: £50k - £60k DOE +commission
