A large independent digital product agency is looking for a Growth Director who can run the day-to-day New Business and Partnership activities of this fast-growing digital agency. As the Growth Director you will be responsible for leading various large scale new business opportunities from initial contact to conversion of the client win. You will be reporting to the Head of Growth.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Develop winning ned business pitches/presentations
• Lead various large scale new business projects from initial contact to client conversion.
• Collaborate with the Product, Tech, and Design teams to create compelling proposals
• Collaborate with an external agency to obtain leads, identify opportunities, and have initial meetings with new prospective clients.

Our client is looking for a Growth Director who likes to push boundaries, think big and is not afraid to be different, who is creatively led and an entrepreneur with demonstrable experience of working with multiple stakeholders, a varied workload, and a wide range of new business expertise with an agency background. • 8 years of experience in a New Business role within a digital agency background
• Marketing experience gained from a fast-paced environment
• Sensational track-record of creating winning proposals at a large scale
• Capable of running the show from initial contact to delivery
• Can meet deadlines across a wide range of projects
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Salary: up to £120K plus bonus and benefits
