This Group Account Director role is looking after the agencies largest and most profitable account. With this comes unparalleled creative and strategic opportunities to develop distinctive and innovative work for one of the world's biggest and most influential brands of the 21st century.

They are looking for someone who has deep understanding and experience of digital platforms, online comms channels, user experience and e-commerce, which can be applied to a broad range of programmes.

This will be working on the retail side of the business and customer loyalty. You will be working into a Managing Partner, there is clear headroom to grow personally and professionally, and as such the ability to manage upwards and build trust is essential.


You will be managing a team of 5. Alongside this, you'll be building close relationships with senior clients and internal discipline leads alike, leading strategic responses to briefs whilst also ensuring the consistently smooth delivery of the high volume of work going through the team.


The best work comes from having a strong bond and true partnership with clients. They will look to you for ad hoc advice and strong recommendations. To this end, you will need to be comfortable with spending lots of time with them.


The agency would love an energetic, dynamic and inspiring individual. You will be working within a hungry and intelligent team so will need to have a passion for producing brilliant work and making things happen.


Whether internally or externally, you need to know how to engage and manage people. Not only being on it, but being two steps ahead as well. Instilling trust and collaboration amongst the wider agency team (Creative, Design, Content, Planning, Project Management, Tech, UX) is critical.


A born problem solver. It's an extremely fast paced account so the ability to come up with unconventional solutions is a must, combined with holding it together under pressure and instilling gravitas.


Adaptable and flexible. Willing to transfer skills and apply thinking to new situations and briefs. Curious to learn and interested in news that affects your client's business, competitor brands, and innovative technology.
