A leading global Fintech startup require a head of digital to further launch their product & services across multiple markets. The start-up is very well backed and funded. They have grown their client base x4 each year since they launched.
Their product & offering is truly unique in the fintech industry which has allowed them to dominate market share, the exec board team are respected global leaders in the fintech space.
The company have offices globally with a 30-strong team in London which is made up of the most high profile and successful candidates in their respected disciplines. All candidates have been specifically selected based on being high achievers.
The fintech start-up are now entering the next phase of their growth journey and looking to hire a head of digital to further develop their digital marketing strategy, digital product & services, build a global team and own the digital function.
Their digital journey so far has typically been delivered by several external digital partners in NYC, Amsterdam & Berlin, the incumbent hire will report into the global board to advise on digital strategy and manage these external digital partners etc. Reporting into the president It's a complete open remit with lots of autonomy for the successful candidate to come in and own the digital offering.
Is it you?
You will be currently in a senior digital position either agency side or brand side. You will have delivered exemplary ROI and exceeded targets for your clients or stakeholders.
You will have a broad range of digital expertise including; online advertising, social media, mobile, digital strategy
Social media strategy is key to the success of this position, therefor you will have a solid background in social media strategy, along with building teams to implement this, again with proven ROI & results.
You will be a core facilitator in cross functional teams working on service design, digital transformation & digital product launches
You will have experience managing budgets in excess of 8 million plus
The ability to build a team from scratch, whilst providing great coaching / training and results is a requisite.
Ideally you will have experience of managing stakeholders who are based in several continents, any experience working in the APAC market would be a benefit
Although this is a senior digital hire, the culture of this business is to roll their sleeves up and work on all tasks regardless of level, whilst you build the digital team you will be working on delivery / BAU projects.
