This is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate to play a key part in shaping the future of our client globally. You will focus on customer and employee interactions with a view to understand, design, test and prototype the customer experience across different channels. You will ensure services are usable by creating a consistent customer experience through touch-points, by designing world class experiences and following industry trends.

Some of the things you will be doing:

  • Use design tools to create concept sketches, user flow diagrams, low fidelity wire-frames, storyboards, prototypes, and interaction specifications.
  • Link the development of conceptual ideas into concrete designs in line with the brands identity and business strategy.
  • Evaluate how the customer experience is, by taking an outside in design approach.
  • Provide a clear vision for improving design processes and explaining and presenting design decisions to service designers, business owners and stakeholders.
  • Consider existing applications and evaluating their effectiveness.

Is it you?

  • 2-5 year's working in an Experience Design role or similar
  • Excellent creative design capabilities
  • Strong capability in designing customer facing assets or services
  • Experience working with UX/UI elements and design
  • Highly proficient in using creative design software including Adobe creative suite, Figma and Miro
  • Ability to bring customer propositions to life from a service perspective
  • Capable of creating multiple design iterations and visual prototypes based on data and stakeholder feedback

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Excellent Benefits + Full training and personal development opportunities
